1987年に目黒で創業したジェラート屋からスタートしたジェラート工場です。
少人数で製造しているため、大量生産はできませんが、
その分、長年の経験を活かし、丁寧なものづくりから生まれる味をお届けしています。
ジェラートは空気の含有量が30%前後と少ない為、密度が濃く、滑らかな舌触り。
一般的なアイスクリームと比べ、脂肪分が少ないのでさっぱりとした味わいも魅力。
北海道の新鮮な牛乳本来の味、香りを楽しめるジェラートを工場から直接お届けします。
